Some fresh snow for Austria and France over the past few days has improved conditions although most of the Alpine region will enjoy some sun and clear skies over the next few days. Up to 30cm of new snow fell across Utah and Colorado.
Austria
After several weeks of little fresh snow, Kitzbuhel (**), St Anton (***) and Obergurgl (****) have had up to 15cm.

Light snowfall mid week at high altitude has refreshed the pistes, particularly in Val Thorens (****), Val d'Isère (****) and Argentière (****).
Switzerland
Excellent ski and board conditions exist in St Moritz (****), Zermatt (****) and Saas Fee (****). Grindelwald (***) and Murren (***) have both had a dusting of fresh snow.
Italy
Cortina (***) has great conditions although the lower slopes are a little hard packed in places. Livigno (****) has some excellent conditions. All lifts are open.
Andorra
There has been a large amount of new snow across Andorra, and more is forecast. But the bad weather has led to the closure of many of the lifts above the mid station in Soldeu (****).
North America
Utah and Colorado have finally had a huge dump of new snow which should give powder conditions for the next couple of days. Aspen (****) has had up to 30cm of new snow and Snowbird (****) in Utah has had up to 25cm. In Canada, the Banff Ski Area (***) is still waiting for new snow. Fernie (***) has received a light dusting of new snow recently, but it has been very windy and therefore much of the snow has drifted.
