Go from East Midlands
Budget airline Go (0870 6076543) has started up its first six routes from East Midlands Airport with special launch offer fares from £25 return including taxes and more than 10,000 free seats. The destinations are Alicante, Malaga, Edinburgh, Prague, Faro and Glasgow. Customers making phone bookings are charged a £10 supplement.

Tehran take-off
British Airways (0845 7733377) is resuming non-stop flights to Tehran, Iran, on 14 March, reducing journey time by up to two hours on the old stopping service via Baku, Azerbaijan, and making the total journey time about six hours.
