· I don't know anything about attending a school in Cochin, but on a recent trip there I found school children of all ages so very friendly, polite, well behaved and immaculately dressed in school uniforms. A good tip would be to take loads of pens, all children ask you if you have any school pens, and love practising their English.

· There is an organisation called the European Council of International Schools -- www.ecis.org -- which has listings of several hundred schools around the world. Although they don't seem to list a school in Kerala on their website, they might be able to offer advice. They are located in Petersfield, Hampshire.
