Africa terror warning
The Foreign & Commonwealth Office (www.fco.gov.uk) is warning of an increased terrorist threat in Tanzania, including Zanzibar and the Pemba Islands as well as other countries in East Africa and the Horn of Africa. It said Britons in Tanzania should be particularly vigilant in public places such as hotels, restaurants, shops and clubs.
