Ferry small delay

The start-up of a Dover to Boulogne ferry route by SpeedFerries (08700 603900) has been delayed from 2 May until 'sometime in June' because of 'operational issues'. Speedferries said prices for the 50-minute link are yet to be decided.

Family friendly
Travel company Cosmos is introducing a family price to its 2004 Summer Sun and all-inclusive brochures, giving a single price for a family of two adults and one or two children to avoid the 'sometimes complicated calculation' involved when planning a holiday.

Seats for sale (no frills)
A free seat sale by the Birmingham-based no-frills carrier MyTravelLite (08701 564564) runs until midnight Tuesday, with ten destinations available, including Malaga, Alicante, Pisa and Amsterdam. Travellers pay airport taxes and air passenger duty only.
