1. The winner will be the first properly completed entry drawn at random from all entries made before 10am on January 20 2004.
2. This promotion is open to residents of the UK and Eire only.
3. The prize is a holiday based on a family of four (two adults and two children aged 3-11 years) and includes:
- Return charter flights from Gatwick to Orlando for two adults and two children (aged 3-11)
- Seven nights' accommodation at a Disney Resort Hotel
- Seven day Park Hopper Plus Tickets per person
- Transfer from Orlando International Airport to your Disney Resort Hotel
- Holiday must be taken by January 2005 and is subject to availability.
- Transfers to and from the UK airport are not included
- Travel insurance is not included
- Any costs incurred additional to the prize package elements listed (for example, telephone charges, room service etc) will be at the guests' own expense
- Check with your local authorities regarding passport and visa requirements
- The prize-winner if under 18 must be accompanied by an adult on the prize-winning holiday
5. The winner will be notified by email on January 25 2004.
6. Not open to employees of Guardian Newspapers Limited or Walt Disney Corporation.
7. Only one entry is allowed per person.
8. The prize is non-transferable and there will be no cash alternatives. The decision of the judges will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. If the name drawn declines to take part a further draw will take place until a properly completed entry is drawn and the prize is accepted.
9. There is no responsibility taken for entries lost, delayed or incomplete.
10. By entering the competition, competitors agree to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
11. The winner may be required to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this competition.
