The book of the C4 show tells of 10 families' quest for a new life. While I enjoyed the individual stories this is basically a precis of the TV series with a few useful facts at the end but not nearly as comprehensive as How to Get a New Life, which went into more detail on matters such as buying property and getting a mortgage in another country.
