Walking specialist Inntravel has launched a brand of self-guided holidays from hotel to hotel in Spain, Austria, Switzerland and France, only bookable at youwalk.com. Flights must be booked separately.

Ferry good guide

Sail and drive, the campaign to promote ferry travel, has revamped its website sailanddrive.com. It now includes a family ferry holiday guide, plus links to five new companies, four of which offer trips to Britain's islands.
