A British adventurer has pedalled 1,900 miles across the Arabian Sea to complete the latest leg of his human-powered round-the-world expedition. Jason Lewis, 38, and his pedal boat, Moksha, made landfall at Djibouti on the Horn of Africa after a 48-day voyage from Mumbai, India. Since leaving London in 1994, Lewis has used kayaks, mountain bikes and roller blades to carry him 35,000 miles around the world. Now he will ride his mountain bike through Ethiopia, Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Turkey and across Europe. The final leg will be in Moksha across the Channel and up the Thames to Greenwich.
