We've unearthed yet another tiny eastern European music festival with the potential to surpass the dreary, drenched UK ones. The Outlook Festival, to be held in Petrcane on a gorgeous Adriatic peninsula in Croatia has an outdoor amphitheatre for live hip hop, dubstep, drum and bass, reggae and broken beat acts including Gilles Peterson; dancing on the beach and a swashbuckling boat party.
