• On behalf of the French government tourist office (Maison de la France), can I reply to the question about taking ready-made sterilised baby milk in cartons and powdered baby milk to France. According to the European commission and the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, there is currently no restriction on taking either product to France as both are heat-treated. Visitors to France should not therefore experience any difficulties at customs.
