Cruise line adds £30 security surcharge
Cruise lines hit by a wave of cancellations are endeavouring to allay passengers' fears about terrorism. Festival Cruises is putting 'professional security teams' on all its ships - but this added reassurance comes at a price. All new bookings will carry a surcharge of £30 per person 'as a contribution towards these costs', said Graham Smith, Festival's UK managing director.
