Auckland will launch its answer to Sydney's Harbour Bridge climb this month with the opening of Vertigo, an adventurous two-hour guided tour up the inside of the Auckland Sky Tower's mast. Climbers will ascend the mast's internal ladder system to the open air crow's nest - at 300 metres above sea level it is being billed as the highest viewing platform in the Southern Hemisphere.
