I usually stay with friends in the north of the island but suggest the Hotel Bon Sol in Illetas, which is a family-run four-star hotel where Errol Flynn once stayed.

Headwater offers walking in Mallorca in November. They have a guided walking holiday with departures on November 5, 12 and 19 based at the three-star Hotel Es Port in Port de Soller. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna. The walking is varied with some routes starting at the hotel.
