We used Sudeley Castle Country Cottages (01242 602308, sudeleycastle.co.uk) for a similar event; beautiful location in the Cotswolds with 14 self-catering cottages set around a function room, Chandlers Hall. We hired all the cottages for a long weekend and got use of the hall free for all three days, so a party every night! Caterers can be provided, but we chose to do it all ourselves so no staff on site all weekend once we had checked in and no other residents to disturb.
