When you've finished on the slopes in Les Trois Vallées, find sanctuary for aching muscles at the spa in Brides-les-Bains which opened last year and has everything an exerted body needs: a hammam, steam baths, jet pools and all manner of treatments for battered limbs, from Swedish massage to oriental treatments.
