Leopard Hills Game Reserve in South Africa. The staff are fantastic, really efficient and friendly. It's great to stay in a place where no one bothers you apart from the leopard that sleeps on your roof. That happened last time we were there, earlier this year. Good wine. I have a wine collection of about 800 bottles from around the world. Some of the pinots out of Central Otago in New Zealand are stunning.
