"He/she has got a nerve" (or more literally: "How cheeky!")
How to do it: the fingers of one hand are tapped against the cheek; palm can be facing in or out.

Literally: "I'm laughing so hard I'm splitting in half". Only used sarcastically.
How to do it: hand is tapped, palm up, against the lower abdomen a few times.

"Estás loco"
"You are crazy" (either to the person being addressed or describing someone else)
How to do it: raise two fingers to the temple and rotate the hand around this point.
