The slopes are good in Austria and Switzerland thanks to new snow. However, the French resorts are in need of a dump of snow. Powder conditions exist in California and Utah and things are looking up in Canada.

Andorra

More snow will be needed soon on the lower slopes of Soldeu (***) and Pas de la Casa (***) although the upper slopes are still in good condition.

North America

Resorts such as Mammoth (****) and Squaw Valley (****) have had up to 40cm of new snow. Utah has also received some new snow, and Solitude (****) has had over 25cm of new snow in the past few days. In Canada, there has been some more snow in Fernie (****), Whistler (****) and the Banff Ski Area (***).
