I am going to Nepal in September, and am planning to visit Lhasa and Tibet, then hopefully spend some time trekking in Tibet or Nepal. As I'm going alone I would like to know of a friendly company who do trips from Kathmandu to Tibet, that I can book with before I go. I'd also prefer to have a Tibetan guide and stay in Tibetan-run accommodation. Any suggestions?
