I'm not an action man - outside of the bedroom that is. I've never been skiing, or been dragged behind a boat water-skiing. I don't even snorkel very deep down, that's just not me. I'm much more into a life of iced-chilled champagne and a superb lunch which I've prepared on my boat. That to me is perfection.
My new boat is a motor yacht Sunseeker Camargue 50. It's half a million pound boat called Stringfellow with a butterfly motif. I'm the skipper and my girlfriend Lucy Carr is the first mate. It's berthed in Ibiza, near to a beautiful tiny island called Formentera. It is the most idyllic and gorgeous island I know.
There is a restaurant known locally as the Three Palm restaurant, which is quite weird as it's got four palm trees. But I head for that and anchor nearby. The water is spotless. In the sunshine you can see the bottom of the sea - it's as good as the Bahamas. We stay the night.
Then in the morning, like something out of James Bond, I take out a small jet tender which I keep at the back of the boat and off we go to a narrow part of island where the sea breaks through from one part of the island to the other. We'll bathe there, then swim back round to the boat, and I'll cook - always something light, fish or chicken with a salad.
I set the meal out with a little bikini top on - that's the boat not me! It keeps off the sun. There is nothing more sexy or romantic than being hung off an island like Formentera on a fantastic day that turns into a wonderful evening. You see the most beautiful sunset and sunrise. What could be more romantic than that?
